When a Plasma Cloud Media Converter is connected to a compatible Switch, the Switch attempts to communicate with the Media Converter to collect data and deliver Cloud Insights. If the two devices do not share the same web UI password, authentication will fail and data exchange will not occur. In this case, the following warning will appear:
Resolution
To resolve this warning, ensure that both the connected Switch and Media Converter are configured with the same web UI password. To do this:
Check and copy the Switch Web UI password in your Advanced Network Settings.

Once both devices share the same Web UI password, wait for next Switch cloud check-in and then refresh the Switch Details page. The warning will disappear, and Cloud Insights will be displayed for the Media Converter.
