To delete devices on networks owned by other user accounts, delete permission at the organisation level is required. If delete permission was granted for a shared network, but not the associated organisation, devices inside the shared network cannot be deleted. To remove an Access Points from your network, you need to locate it:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Select the Organisation and Network containing the device from the top right menu;
- Navigate to the related Device Type page in the main menu on the left;
- Identify the device you want to delete in the Device Table;
- Click on the action button (three dots) at the end of its relevant row and select Delete;
- Alternatively, click on the device to open its Details page and use the action buttons on the right side of the Status tab or Settings tab and select Delete.
- Click on Yes, I am sure! in the pop-up panel that will appear.
The console will notify you once this operation has succeeded.
