Every Plasma Cloud account can create, manage and share its own organisations and networks. If you want to learn more about the differences between organisations and networks, you can read this article. To learn how to manage your asset permissions, please refer to this article.
You can only share organisations and networks that you own. Re-sharing of assets that have been shared with you is not possible.

This guide explains how to share an organisation or network. The share function can be found in the 3-dot menu on various settings pages for ease of management.
Option 1 - Console Settings
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Select the organisation or network you want to share from the top right menu;
- Navigate to Settings > Organisation or Network in the main menu on the left;
- Click on the 3-dot menu on the top right and select Share Organisation or Network, respectively;
- Type in the email address of the user you want to grant access to your asset. The email address must belong to an account registered on the Plasma Cloud console. Select the permissions you want to grant (View only / Modify / Delete, Notifications) and click Confirm;
You will be redirected to the asset details page of the select network or organisation in your account settings. Here you can see and manage all users with access to that asset. For more details, please refer to this article.
Should you wish to share this asset with another user, click on the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the asset details page and select share network / organisation
