The Access Point Details page offers comprehensive insights for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting individual Access Points.
The information on the Device Details page is based on the latest status report. Online devices report every five minutes to the cloud. For offline devices, the last available connection status report is displayed.

This article is going to explain how to read and interpret the Access Point page from top to bottom:
Title & Time Period Selector:
The page title displays the device name.
The SSID selector enables you to view network connection details specific to the selected SSID.
The time period selector allows you to view device details for the last day, week, or month. The page details will be updated according to the selected time frame.
The selector on the right enables you to view either traffic data or device outages over the selected time frame.
The refresh button allows you to update the page with the latest reported data.
Widgets:
- Status Widget: Indicates if the Access Point is online (blue flame icon) or offline (gray flame icon).
- Model Widget: Contains the model name and model icon for easy identification.
- Mesh Widget: Indicates the last reported mesh status (disabled / uplink AP / gateway / recovery)
- Channels: Current channel configuration per WiFi radio.
- Channel Width: Current channel width configuration per WiFi radio.

Traffic Widget: Shows device traffic over the selected period and SSID, visually comparing it to total network traffic in a bar chart.
Device Traffic Chart:
This chart visualizes device up- and download activity over the selected time frame. Network traffic data can be overlaid for comparison by clicking on 'Download' and/or 'Upload' in the legend. When a graph element is activated, the corresponding legend entry changes its font color from gray to colorful.
