When you create a new network, the WiFi AI is enabled by default, which will automatically and regularly optimize your network WiFi radio settings for maximum performance. It is strongly suggested to use the WiFi AI. For more details, please see this article.
To manually manage your network WiFi settings, you need to:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Select the Organisation and Network of interest from the top right menu;
- Navigate to Settings > Network in the main menu on the left;
- Locate the WiFi settings and disable the WiFi AI toggle;
- Adjust the channel, channel width and TX power as needed;
- Press Save.
The Network WiFi radios are dynamically displayed based on the Access Point capabilities within a network. For instance, the 6 GHz radio is only shown when there is a 6 GHz-capable device present in the network.
