How to change a device location on the map?

This article describes how to change a device location on a map or Floor Plan. This action is only possible within the Map & Floor Plans page. Any adjustments made here will be applied across all related maps

Locate the Device on a map or Floor Plan

1. Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
2. Select the relevant Organisation and Network from the top right menu;
3. Navigate to Map & Floor Plans page in the main menu on the left;
4. Open the Floor Plan menu on the right and select the map or Floor Plan that contains the device you want to move. You can also jump straight to its location from Device Status tab > First Box > Location. See this guide for reference.
5. Locate the device marker you wish to move.

Moving a Device Marker

1. Click, Drag and Drop the device markers on the map or Floor Plan to modify its position. 
2. The new position will be saved automatically.
