Do you have a Mobile App for the console?

Yes, we do! You can install it directly from your browser and it is usable on both computers and mobile devices. It is a light-weight solution that takes up minimal storage space while still providing all functions of the Plasma Cloud console. No matter if you use desktop, tablet or mobile device, this App will support all screen sizes and operating systems (including Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS & Android). Regardless of the system you use, you will be able to enjoy the full Plasma Cloud experience using our mobile App.

How to install the App?

Generally, you can install it by navigating to the Plasma Cloud console from your browser and logging in. At this point, you will either:

1. get a prompt to install the App (mostly on computers); 

2. or have to do manually if no such prompt is available on your device/browser (mostly on mobile devices).

How to install the App on Chrome/desktop if I don't have a prompt?

It may happen that you decide to install the App after having closed the prompt. That is not a problem! At any time while logged in the Plasma Cloud console, you can:

1. Open the Chrome menu (three dots on the top right of your browser); and
2. Select Install Plasma Cloud | Console....

How to manually install the App on Mobile?

Following, you will find some guides on how to install the App on the two most commonly used operating system and browser mobile pairs:

• iOS / Safari; and
• Android / Chrome.

Different pairings are likely to work in a very similar way, if supported by the browser.

How to install the App on iOS/Safari?

1. Navigate to the Plasma Cloud console and log in;
2. Tap on the Share icon;
3. Tap on Add to Home Screen; and
4. Tap on Add.

The Plasma Cloud console App will then be accessible as any other normal App on your device.

How to install the App on Android/Chrome?

1. Navigate to the Plasma Cloud console and log in;
