The Plasma Cloud console allows you to safely store credit card information through our payment provider (Stripe), so it can be readily available when purchasing a service from the marketplace.
To manage your credit card information, follow these steps:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Click on your username in the top right corner and select Account Settings;
- Navigate to Billing in the main menu on the left;
- Select the Credit Card tab.
The Credit Cards tab provides an overview of your available credit cards, allowing you to add, delete and set default cards.
Add card
To add a new credit card, click on the Add New Card button.
This will open the "Add Credit Card" popup. Fill in the required details and press Add.
Set as Default
The first credit card you add to your account will automatically be marked as "default". The default credit card is your primary payment method that will appear as preferred option during checkout.
To set a different card as default payment method, click on the three-dot menu in the top left corner of the card, then select Make Default.
The default card is marked by a blue frame with a check mark icon in the top right corner.
Delete card
To delete a card, click on the three-dot menu in the top left corner of the card, then select Delete Card.
A confirmation popup will appear (unless the credit card has already expired). Click Yes, I am sure to remove the selected card from your account.
