Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be managed in your Account settings.
To disable Two-factor authentication, follow these steps:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
Click your username in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings. You will be redirected.
In the left-hand menu, click Authenticator.
Click the bin (delete) icon next to your configured authenticator.
Confirm removal when prompted.
You must disable 2FA from within the Plasma Cloud Console before removing the Plasma Cloud entry from your authenticator app. Deleting the app entry first may prevent you from accessing your account. |
