The Account Settings > Billing page contains billing details, invoices and payment information for services purchased via the Plasma Cloud marketplace.
To manage your billing and payment details, follow these steps:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Click on your username in the top right corner and select Account Settings;
- Navigate to Billing in the main menu on the left;
Credit Cards
The Credit Cards tab provides an overview of your available credit cards, allowing you to add, delete and set default cards.
Add card
To add a new credit card, click on the Add New Card button.
This will open the "Add Credit Card" popup. Fill in the required details and press Add.
Set as Default
To set a card as your default payment method, click on the three-dot menu in the top left corner of the card, then select Make Default.
The default card is marked by a blue frame with a check mark icon in the top right corner.
Delete card
To delete a card, click on the three-dot menu in the top left corner of the card, then select Delete Card.
A confirmation popup will appear (unless the credit card was already expired). Click Yes, I am sure to remove the selected card from your account.
Billing Details
In the Billing Details tab, you can add and update your billing address, which will be shown on your marketplace invoices. To add a billing address, fill in the fields and press Save.
Updating Billing address
To update your billing address, simply edit the corresponding fields and press save. In case there are existing invoices in your account, the "update billing address" popup will appear, with the option to update all past invoices with the new address. To do so, press the "update" button. To leave your past invoices unchanged, press the "chancel" button or the closing icon in the top right corner.
Payment History
The Payment History tab provides an overview of all past marketplace purchases, including the date, plan description, amount paid (in USD), and the corresponding invoice. Clicking on the invoice name will open the invoice in a new browser tab. From there the document can be downloaded as PDF, if needed.
