What's the "Enable click to add device” button?

On the Map & Floor Plans page, you can add new devices to your network by clicking directly on the map or floor plan at the desired location. This "click to add" feature is controlled by the Enable click to add device button, located on the left side of the map or floor plan area (see image below).

	When this button is enabled (shown in black), clicking anywhere on the map or floor plan will open the add device popup.
	When the button is disabled (shown in gray), clicking on the map or floor plan will not trigger any action.

Desktop vs. Mobile Behavior

• Desktop: The"click to add" feature is enabled by default.

• Mobile:  The"click to add" feature is disabled by default to prevent opening the add device popup unintentionally while scrolling and navigating the map or floor plans with touch gestures.

You can toggle the button on or off at any time depending on your preference and device. Your button selection will be saved automatically.
