The Ports tab on the Access Point details page provides a visual representation of the device's port bay, with detailed insights into port status and connected devices. For a general overview of the Access Point Details page, please refer to this article.
To go to the Access Point Ports tab, you need to:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console;
- Select the Organisation and Network containing the device from top-right menu.
- In the main menu on the left, navigate to Access Points.
- Click on your device of interest in the table. This will take you to the Access Point Details page.
- Locate the Ports tab below the network chart.
Connected Device view
To view connected devices, click on the toggle in the top left corner of the Ports tab.
Connected Device Popup
Click on the icon of the connected device will open a popup with connected device name, model icon and connected port info (if available). If the connected device belongs to your network, you can also click on the device name to jump directly to its details page.
Port Popover
Hover with your cursor over a port to view detailed information about each port's connection status such as link (connected / disconnected), number of clients, link speed, and the name of the connected device.

Ports table
Additionally, the table below the AP graphic provides further port status details such as the port name, MAC address, connected device info, connection speed, throttling status, and the number of clients, along with a search bar for filtering the table. For more information, see this article.
