Delete permission is required for removing Floor Plans from networks owned by other user accounts. Related UI elements will not be visible should the permission level be insufficient. See details on Plasma Cloud permissions here. |
To delete a Floor Plan from your network, you need to:
- Log into the Plasma Cloud console.
- Select the Organisation and Network with the Floor Plan from the top right menu.
- In the main menu on the left, find the Floor Plan you wish to delete under Settings > Floor Plans and click on its name. This will open the respective Floor Plan Settings page.
- On the top right of the page, click on the three-dot menu button and select Delete Floor Plan.
- Click on Yes, I am sure! in the pop-up panel that will appear.
The Console will notify you once this operation has succeeded.
When you delete a Floor Plan, the confirmation popup shows how many devices are still assigned to it, if any. These devices are automatically unassigned. You can later then find and manage them in the "Unassigned Devices" view on the Map & Floor Plans page, or by checking the "Floor Plan" column in the Device table for entries marked -Unassigned-. |
